Ok, for a long while now, I've been debating whether or not to submit my work. Unfortunately, I am an extreme perfectionist and never think my work is good enough for display. The reason being, that I see a bunch of deviants' work and I get both inspired and embarrassed at what a sight they bring to dA. Now, I ask you, my watchers; should I display my work for the past four months or should I just keep working until I think I'm good enough for display? As of now, I do know for a fact that I've improved by leagues, I just need some work on composition. It's up to you as to whether or not to submit.
Sincerely,
JamezZero

Hey guys, sorry I haven't been on for a while, or posted anything or gotten back into commissions. I've been really busy with work (the finding of), school, family, and a bunch of other crap, and right now I'm pretty much in isolation since I decided to go on "vacation" for a while. So... I was wondering if anyone lives in or near Monterey Bay/ Pacific Grove, CA. I think it would be pretty awesome if anyone wanted to hang out and just talk or do some collab work or something. Just message me on here if you do live or are near here or something. Oh, and my vacation ends December 22nd, so if anyone wants to hang out, then we can if you live in
Hello Everyone
Hey there everyone, sorry I haven't been that involved in the journal area for a while. I've been working really hard lately on my game and haven't really had the time to even get on dA. I've been wondering which way would be the best to tell the story of my game though, and that's why I'm writing this journal today.
The problem is that I don't know how to introduce my game to the world, and I've seen a whole bunch of ways to introduce a story like comics or just book writing. What do you guys think would be the best way for a new story to "enter the playing field"? I'd like to see what you guys have to say. I honestly have no clue on how to
the eye gets what the mind wants

POST! You will never see your art as perfect. I am the same. Even when EVERYONE says it's perfect I still see mistakes in it. In the same time, there will be people like you, who will see what could be better. And they will let you know. Maybe they see things you don't. And this will help you improve too.
